What we do?
Manufacturing of heatsinks requires various processes like extrusion, profile cutting, deburring, etc. All the services we provide are listed below:
Extrusion
Here the material goes through plastic disfigurement by the utilization of power, making that material course through a die.
Profile Cutting
The right angle cutting of the aluminum profile is finished in this cycle. The profile is cut to the ideal length according to the drawing.
Drilling
The job is feather drilled as per the coordinates provided on the drawing. This process needs accuracy and repeatability.
Chamfer
The V-shape chamfer of 45° is done on every hole which reduces the burr on the surface.
Tapping
The process of threading in the same position of drilling according to the coordinates
Anodizing
Electrolytic passivation process to increase the thickness of the oxide layer on the surface of metal parts.
